"We have been here an hour and even early for our scheduled appointment and still have not been seen. Another dog comes in for vaccines , gets escorted to the room and comes out in 5 minutes and done. We still wait as I’m writing this hoping it will get done and we can go home. Even my dog is telling me he is bored and tired of being in this small room. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want the chance to be one of the people who sits here and gets pushed aside to God knows when. Not happy at all I went here instead of my normal vet."

"I’ve been bringing my cat to this location for years. The team is friendly, up front about cost, and most importantly, very gentle and patient with my cat. Even though we’ve moved and this is no longer the closest vetco to us, I trust this team to take good care of my cat so I still bring her here"

"We took our dog, Lilo, here for the first time for annual shots. Making our appointment was very smooth and simple. They got us in the same day. Our tech, Alan, was extremely sweet and polite during our visit! He even took Lilo around to show her off because she was being so good. The veterinarian performed a quick and painless exam. We will definitely return!"

"We had 2 appointments scheduled for both our cats at 5:00 and 5:15. We arrived 7 minutes late at 5:07 and found out both appointment were automatically cancelled, apparently due to an emergency visit. However while we were rescheduling another customer arrived for his 5:30 appointment and was able to be seen. We should have been able to see the doctor for our second appointment time that we arrived on time for."

"I could not be more pleased and happy with Dr SOTO and staff. Wow I almost left in tears. Correction. I did cry in my car. I was so overwhelmed with my baby and he helped my baby out and answered all my questions and left me with no doubts. Best veterinarian I’ve have come across. I am so happy I found a new vet for my kitties."
