"The practice is lovely, but unfortunately I had to leave due to the excessive charges and out-of-pocket payments. Along with the unnecessary ‘recommended’ services. In comparison to other practices with equally talented doctors it was over the top and unnecessary. Recently needed a prescription refill prior to my upcoming appointment and was charged for them approving refill. Never have I ever had a physician charge for approving a refill. Feel that practice is a bit over the top. Was quoted,and paid, copay for a service only to receive additional bill for service months later for service again."
"Abby. A. Lyon is an excellent provider. She is very tentive and caring. Thankful i have found a (GEM) wonderful place for my family to go to the doctor .The office staff is friendly and everyone seems like a big family in there. I really like that!"
"The office staff and professional staff are very good and thorough. However, be prepared to be excessively charged. I had a 15 minute remote telehealth call with a Physicians Assistant and was charged $296. Then last month someone from their office CALLED ME. I thought it was the office staff. They asked me about a prescription refill (that I didn't need by the way) and a month later I got a bill in the mail for $128. For this reason I am switching offices. I don't appreciate being nickeled and dimed."
"I feel I am well provided for by the entire staff at Hobdari. The only chaos I’ve ever witnessed is confusion over where to check yourself in because the office is so big and there are literally two check in locations. Beyond that, it feels like a well run operation, I’ve meet with Suzanne Brinson as well as Abby Lyon both listen and provide necessary responses to my questions with care and in easy to understand terminology, never have I felt spoken down to or pressured in any way. I’ve been very happy with my decision to receive my medical care here."
