"Worst experience ever! I decided to try the prescription pickup machine that they have located outside the pharmacy. The advertisement states that you can get your medicine the hours the pharmacy is closed . This is a helpful concept like the hour the club is open and pharmacy hasn’t yet opened in the morning. WRONG. I arrived at the club at 8am when it opened. Went to the kiosk. It asked for my name or scan my app. I thought type in my name instead of digging out my phone from my purse. The machine asked for my pin. What pin? Then it stated calling pharmacist. Well great because I know they aren’t here yet because they don’t open for one more hour. Then the kiosk switched to processing but stayed on that screen. No help button. No cancel button. I looked around and saw a sign on the electric cord to the machine. It said do not unplug this machine ever and had a phone number on it. I call the number and the person said I’d had to wait for a pharmacist to arrive. He assured me that the machine won’t mysteriously clear and give my meds to someone else so I leave. I then come back at 8 minutes to pharmacy opening time. The kiosk appears to have reset itself and I think we’ll let’s try the app. What do I have to loose. So I dig out my phone and open the app. I scan the given barcode and the machine grinds away. Then it calls someone at a remote location. Person comes on the screen and tells me I will have to wait for the pharmacy to open. Pharmacy opens and they said they’ll have to figure out what is going on. Suddenly the kiosk door opens and there are my meds. I tell the pharmacy never mind I think it’s working. I open the dispensed boxes and the order looks right but we are all scratching our heads. WTH don’t advertise a service that doesn’t even work.NEVER AGAIN."

"I have been using Sam's Club Pharmacy for over 14 years. They are occasionally busy but our overall experience has been excellent. Several times, the pharmacist has called to tell us of a possible interaction between existing prescriptions and a new prescription. The pharmacist has also taken the time to look up possible interactions between medications and reactions to watch out for. Wouldn't switch."

"My doctor sent prescription at 11:20am. I got there 2:40 pm, and guess what, it wasn't ready.person working there was rude, saying they just got the prescription, told me to sit down and wait, and walked away, last time using sams."
