"The optical department. Is a mess. Nobody answers the phone,I have been calling for one week at business hours, the answer machine, ask to send the question by email and nobody answers the email. THE WORT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Costco has excellent customer service."
"God FORBID you forget your card and you want to put gas. I waited in line for 20 minutes to put gas, only to be turned away from the attendant at the pump because she would not assist me if I didn’t have my physical card. I have the mobile app to prove I am a member and she completely disregarded it and dismissed me like a child in school. This is the first time in MONTHS that this has ever happened. They are usually very accommodating and scan their card as long as you show proof that you are a member. Well, apparently NOT TODAY. Lady, if you don’t want to work; just call out. Your attitude was completely unnecessary on top of the lack of help and professionalism. Oh, and don’t even get me started on how annoying it is to have to do a self checkout because there is only ONE cashier. ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON! Bjs, do better."
"Just got a membership after sams club and will go back to sams club. This place is so outdated i need a physical card to get gas a d cant use the app to scan my membership. The bathroom was just disgusting and prices are about the same or more than sams club. This place is nothing special. The registers are from the 90's and the interface for self checkout is horrible."
