"Called to see if they had a nebulizer in stock as my 1 year old needed it for croup. The lady who picked up the phone was very nice, said they had 1 left in stock and I told her I was going to leave to come buy it. Upon getting to the store, they had actually brought the nebulizer up front and we’re holding it for me (without me asking for them to do this). They then went way out of their way to find me a new kids mask to use with the nebulizer at no additional cost. I had never been in this store before today, yet they treated me like I’ve been a lifelong customer. Thanks again!"

"I was one of his first customers when Paul opened so for the life of me I can’t understand why I’ve been dropped as a patient twice. Paul has lied repeatedly to me but because of the difficulty in finding pharmacy’s I looked over those lies. Paul the owner wouldn’t let me many times even use a debit card, he would ask me to go to bank and get cash, saying how much it was to swipe cards!! He told me that I didn’t have enough prescriptions and speak to my doctor about adding additional ones which I done because of difficulties finding a pharmacy. Paul has shown me greed, prejudice, dishonesty and left me to struggle to get my needed medications as an older black woman he sympathized not at all with me due to his wanting to charge more money and price gauge on certain medications. Paul could care less about the people that helped him get started, he will drop patients like a bad habit if he can’t extract decent enough money from their ailments! He wasn’t sending necessary forms to the state on my behalf further making life difficult for me. So if your looking for him to do right thing legally or looking for understanding, loyalty, or fairness sunshine is not the pharmacy to go to! I will be looking into contacting the DEA to look into all that has happened up to this point with Paul and Sunshine pharmacy located on SR 46 in Sanford ."

"They yelled at my pharmacist at another pharmacy for wanting to transfer my prescription back out and it turns out they had filed a claim with my insurance that they filled my prescription when they did not have it available. Was on the line with my insurance provider when the woman Kim hung on up on her before being able to further verify any information. Do not go here if you value service when it comes to getting medication."

"Sunshine Pharmacy is the type of place we all remember from our past. Back in your hometown, there was a drugstore and everybody there knew you. They said “Hi!, good to see you again”, when you walked in, and you knew they meant it. The pharmacist knew your conditions because he knew what being on that particular drug means, what it treats, but he was a man of quiet dignity. He had morals, and even though it was a small town, he managed to keep your health issues private. Paul is such a man, and his team at Sunshine follows his lead. He is very well educated, current on all applicable matters, and trusted by your doctor. Trust me when I tell you, you couldn't have chosen more wisely for your pharmacy provider. Leave the Big Box stores, come to where you get real service, with home town values. Get in, get out without walking through their Marketing machine, almost forcing additional spending. Who needs that these days when every penny counts? Not you! I strongly recommend Sunshine Pharmacy, And proudly give him 5-Stars! Jim"
