"The anesthesia person during the surgery was amazing. The process after the surgery with the billing department is a nightmare. I overpaid because they sent a bill before submitting to insurance and now 4 months later they say a check is going in the mail..."
"The 800 # is only a voicemail. They don't return calls. Didn't get prior authorization as requested. I left Provider Service # for insurance and never contacted them. The office # is a v.m. and no call was returned. I will have to cancel my surgery if they don't respond to someone's call. Out of network with Aetna PPO insurance. But St.Johns Hosp. and Quigley Dr. is in network. Which I don't understand why Scarey to think this co. would be in control of my care and billing."
