"My experience was very poor, I had a 8:30 appointment and arrived at 8:35, there was some one talking to the front desk lady until 8:43, I then went up to let her know I was there, she asked me to have a seat and went to speak with the Doctor, she came back and asked the girl next to her to tell me it was too late I should have gotten there earlier, it was 8:45 by then, I'm keeping track. No said to me to get there earlier when I made the appointment, they said 8:30, I got there at 8:35, it's not my fault that they didn't get to me soon, check in process is very poor as is the woman who handles the schedule , she about as warm as a cold day in New England. The fact that they only allowed 15 minutes for my appointment is unbelievable, they don't spend the time to treat you properly and just want to get you out the door. You can't even see their doctor, they want you to see a nurse. If you want to be treated like cattle go here, if you want to have good standard treatment, find another doctor. An honest opinion from an honest man."
