"Doctor was late. Not clean. Front desk woman was either high or too old to function.Not washing hands, dropping medical things such as needles on the floor. I had to give my insurance card back 5 times even though she had a copy. On top of it all i peed in a cup and asked before peeing in it if i should write my name on it and then when i come out she tells me to write my name on the pee covered cup. Plus In the middle of the visit the doctor stopped to pray with the receptionist. I only came to get a referral and was there for over 2 hours. Then the nurse started arguing with me when I asked her not to call me "Lady" and to call me by my name she said "Im from Britain and we speak that way there" again i asked her to call me by me name instead of lady and she stormed out and started complaining about me to the DOCTOR, is it so wrong that id rather be called by name than lady?? She could have handled it better by saying 'sure -insert name-, ' where im from when someone says 'listen lady, Im not a doctor', that is considered rude, especially in the tone she used. I have not had a worse experience in a doctors office. So uncomfortable. Never go here, the people are rude and inconsiderate. Doctor is nice lady"
