"Your referrals from specialists will never NEVER be completed by the referral department. I don't know why they even have one. You will always get a call from the specialist day before appointment saying they sent it numerous times and still no authorization. They ask you to call the primary referral department and they say they never received anything and this is every time. So in my case I said to specialist RD stop calling me and call the primary RD and work it out between each other. I'm on my second appointment and since the appt is tomorrow I doubt it's going to go through. This isn't the first primary I had this problem as well. So I'm starting to think it's a Florida thing."

They apparently got rid of The office manager, who has been there b4 i started there. Now they told me there office manager only works there 2 days a week!
