"If I could give zero stars, I would. Staff are rude and impolite. They take your money and push you out the door as quickly as they can. I had a sore throat with corresponding symptoms, and the doctor didn't offer any tests. When I asked for a steroid shot, he said no, even after I said I wanted one. Wastful, distasteful, and inconsiderate. Don't waste your time or money."

"Dr Strait is awesome he understands everyone is different everyone has needs and is completely non-biased. Hes very straight up (no pun intended) and to the point. accepting of trans, former addicts, lgbt, everyone. the receptionists could use some english classes but are overall nice. they accept a LOT of insurances, and are considered an "urgent care" under insurance just fyi for the fees. there are no appointments walk in only. best time is around 1030 ish or afternoon. This place is awesome. my son with adhd was between drs and they helped him get through with his meds until his next appointment. my friends son is trans and was in between with his injections they also helped him. they help so many people i love this place!"

"I’ve used Now Care for many years now for my last minute needs . 2 days ago I went in with a terrible ear infection. I was grumpy and in pain and not looking to wait forever ! I was in and out with in an hour . Messed up the paper work because I couldn’t think straight . The office lady took care of that part to . The Doctor listened to my needs . Asked about meds I may be allergic to . Looked back in my old visits . Made a plan and sent me in my way . He was kind and easy on my ear and patient with me . Thank you for always being there when I need you guys !!!"

"This place is old and looks dirty. I wouldn’t get any real procedures here…. Im here for a physical for school and they don’t take my insurance so it was 50$. Theres no way this place follows standard safety precautions and the waiting room seats are ripped and covered in dust. Also the girl at the front was very rude and not wearing a mask. Doctor was in a t shirt and jeans."
