"These people are extortionists trying to charge me 250 for missed visits they scheduled while I went for surgery they scheduled also having major health issues I was late Dr said come any way I came said if I didn't pay on money owed they could not see me no concerned if my kidneys were failing only worried about money would not give me copy of blood work until I paid and saw Dr. Thought these people were good my mistake only care about money"

"If you want your appointment cancelled the day of by them and have them reschedule to their convenience then go ahead and bent over! I recommend suffering through your condition than going to this doctors office. Save your time and money and go elsewhere."

"Everyone here is pleasant, thus the 2 stars, but the treatment is a different story. New to the area and chose this office, the Dr. I saw last year was great to work with, but she left the practice. Need prescription renewals for medication I've been taking for years (the Dr last year wanted me to come back yearly to reevaluate for medication which is reasonable) and was told they would only give me 1 month refill without blood work. Got the blood work done and went back a month later. There are 3 medications, they gave me a 1 month prescription for 2 of them and a 15 day prescription for Prilosec, no refills on any of them. No controlled substance, nothing pain related. They want more blood work in 3 months, not sure how that 15 day prescription is supposed to last for 3 months. Needless to say I will not be making a new appointment for refills every 15 days so I am done with this office."

"I chose this place to be my new primary care doctor after moving here to Florida, reading reviews thinking that it would be an amazing experience, but after my first (and only) visit, I left in tears. I seen Dr. Woody, (who I don’t believe is at the practice anymore) and she completely dismissed all of my concerns. I felt as if she didn’t want to listen to me, and mocked me in a way. She kept questioning everything I would say in a sly way. I have several health concerns that need to be handled, and medications that I needed filled of which she refused to fill because this office does not fill narcotics. And no, I’m not a drug seeker, nor was I looking for pain medication... But the drug I needed is prescribed for seizures so that’s not okay. They also don’t do blood work in the office either. I think these people forget that they work for US PATIENTS, we don’t work for them. We are the ones paying their paychecks, so the least they can do is treat us like humans and take our concerns to heart. After all, we as patients live with our bodies… It’s the doctor’s job to listen to us and address our concerns, not mock us and laugh in our faces. I now feel scared to visit any other doctor, because I’m worried the same will happen. I grew up with the same doctor my entire life who treated me well, so this was a new experience for me that I wasn’t expecting and I don’t want to have to go through it again."
