"Staff is terrible made appointment for husband and myself AT THE DESK. Apparently mine was never.. another episode. Was told they could not send over an order for X-ray ..I had to have it mailed or picked up ...(I was trying to save a trip through traffic) waiting... waiting...for mail ...28days later was called to tell me order has been sitting at imaging office...Dr Gomez ...told my husband the complete opposite of what he was telling me ...so much I showed the Dr a picture of my husband..just so he knew we were together...then thought maybe husband was sick and not saying anything. Terrible.. terrible terry"

"I just want to give recognition & appreciation for Melissa Schweitzer, Nurse Practitioner for being so diligent in always addressing all of my needs as a patient. She truly cares about the patients and is very knowledgeable and the best NP! Thank you for everything, Melissa!! Dr. Nordal Gonzalez also cares about his patients and truly listens & takes his time in addressing all medical issues. I love this practice & hope to stay with them for a long time! Highly recommended!!"

"The Doctors are great. They have a lot of staff however they wait to work referrals too late. They need to have someone working specialty referrals and someone else working procedure referrals. If they are short staffed on handling referrals then they need to either beef up that area or hire more qualified people. My poor husband NEEDS to have a colonoscopy and they dropped the ball and didn’t get authorization because they cut it to close. I know if the doctors knew they would not be happy. They need a more organized office. Beyond disappointed."

"I've been to both locations and the front office staff was absolutely wonderful. Friendly and excellent customer service. There are two locations, so when you make an appointment verify which location you should go to. The doctors were all booked up so I wasn't able to see one of them yet. I saw a Nurse Practitioner, Lesly, instead. Terrible bedside manner. He did not care at all what my thoughts were. Only asked yes/no questions and just wanted me to do what he was telling me to do. I definitely will be requesting to not see him again."
