"Everyone was very friendly and had great customer service, however I did not feel like the treatment methods were very useful at all. As one of the doctors explained, due to auto accidents they do not use hands on adjustment methods, despite me expressing my dissatisfaction. Each time I would go there, I would do the same exact exercises unsupervised. Then someone would come in with a massage gun (the same type of thing you can buy on amazon or use at your gym) for a few minutes. Lastly, the doctor would come in and have me lay on a Thompson drop table and just push my back down and then back up. He would then use some metal instrument and tap on my neck, neither of which I found to provide much relief at all. The entire appointment lasts 10 or 15 minutes and their goal is to get you in and out as soon as possible. They also had me go home with some fancy gadgets. I honestly felt like this was a scam to use up all my auto insurance funds, and not effective for actual injuries. I have had more successful adjustments in the past at other offices. Do not waste your money or time here."

"We were referred to LaRocca injury center in Tampa after a head on collision. We were greeted with a smile by the young lady at the reception area, as she did every appointment! The Drs were excellent explaining our treatment plan after X-ray’s. Everyone made us feel like family! We are from out of state and weren’t familiar with any medical facilities.
