"Let me start by saying I’d give Dr. Cathleen 5 stars. She is fantastic & thorough & kind & helpful. Unfortunately, her nurse is awful. She was incredibly rude & had pretty awful bedside manner. However, the biggest issue with the nurse is her lack of skill in regards to placing the pellets. She left huge awful incisions & scars on my butt to place. They were so painful & much larger than they needed to be. I’ve talked to multiple other people who experienced the same. Now that I go somewhere else for pellets, I have no pain & essentially no scar in the placement. That is a huge deal."
