"I had a horrible experience shortly after my first visit at this location. I was a new patient seeing a nurse practitioner by the name of Michael Lamkin. My first visit was great, I really liked Michael and we went over my medical history and during this office visit, Michael decided the lower my dose of thyroid medication and we discussed adding a medication called cytomel because of I had thyroid cancer. He specifically mentioned this medication during my appointment to help with my levels of T4 amd T3. I gave him a complete list of medications and he wrote a script for a liquid antibiotic due to a UTI. My meds were called in to Publix pharmacy and I picked them up and the cytomel was missing, so I called the office to get some assistance the day after my appointment. I was given Michaels cellphone and was told to call if I needed anything and he also said it would be faster to communicate that way. I called the office every day and his cellphone for a week, left messages on his cellphone and when I spoke to the front office staff they said it was in process. Same excuse for daysss. One week later, I called the office twice to have this issue escalated when I had already been told they sent Michael a stat message. I finally get a call back from Michael one week later and the phone conversation was very rude. I had asked on his cellphone and through their front office about why I didn’t have a script for cytomel and requested a change to augmentin liquid antibiotic because the one he prescribed wasn’t working. So, he calls and says this is Michael, doesn’t say who he’s with, so I ask him why he didn’t fill the cytomel and he gave me very contradicting information. He said he wasn’t going to prescribe it, when he led me to believe I would be taking this medication. So, he lowered my dose of levothyroxine on my first visit, but tells me during my call on Thursday to take the Levothyroxine every other day which is unheard of as a person who has had cancer and I have been told by Moffitt Cancer Hospital to NEVER skip a dose. Michael then asked me when was the last time I had bloodwork done and I said maybe a year, but I had to think about it, so he says over and over again, “shame on you”, “shame on you”, talking down to me, gaslighting me and I said actually it was about 6-8 months ago. The tone in his voice, the way he spoke to me, belittling me was all I could handle. There’s a reason why I had to go longer for my lab appointment because my fiancée committed suicide in between all of this. This all could have been avoided had someone called me back to explain why he didn’t prescribe the medication and to change my antibiotic. Communication was extremely poor between Michael Lamkin and the office staff. I was in tears after my call with Michael because of the way he spoke to me. I refuse to be spoken to like this, where a medical professional is saying “shame on me” over and over again because I didn’t have my labs done every 3 months. Note to medical professionals, stop gaslighting your patients and talking down to them because you have no clue what the person is going through. Someone else could have called in his behalf to explain. I do not recommend this place at all and I want the corporate office to read every word of this because it never had to happen. So thank you for all of the stress for a week!"

"No long waiting on appointment day. The Doctor is on point about your meds your overall health staff are always respectful and welcoming I would not change things I look forward to my next appointment. They encourage you to want to be healthy"
"My mom goes here and the employees communication is horrible. No one knows what they are doing. Anytime I call to follow up on referrals, everyone is clueless. The front desk doesn’t know anything at all and they are all new….whoever is training them really did a horrible job, especially how many people they have been through in the last year. The main lady at the front desk is the most disgusting and incompetent woman I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. . If you care about your family, please think twice before sending them here. They also don’t allow you to have a say in your specialist doctors and force you to use who they decide. I imagine they are getting kickbacks for that."
"My doctor and her nurse assistant are so thoughtful, caring and helpful. Their customer service is 100. They make me feel like family."
