"Very unprofessional office! The girls behind the desk talked so loud and so much! There was never a quiet minute! There is nothing wrong with enjoying your job, but you should be professional. It was so annoying!! They were so loud! 3 of them! And others would come from the back and join in on the laughter and talking. Now let me continue to tell you what happened. Since a lot of the doctors in the Baycare group are leaving we had to pick another PCP. So we chose Dr. Ensell. (heard good things about him). My husband had his first appointment today. Looking forward to meeting the doctor. Apt time was 1:30. Arrived at 1:20 Checked in with Zena at the desk, paid co-pay and she gave him a folder to take back with him. We sat there until 2:15! I finally ask why it was taking so long. She looked in the computer, hmmm, she asked if he checked in? What!!! Then I checked back with her. I told her that she saw us sitting there this whole time! But she was too busy laughing, eating and carrying on with the other girls they had no clue who was in the waiting room. Finally she said there was a computer glitch! And he should be called back soon. That was surely a flat out lie!! I said we would like to reschedule. We rescheduled but won’t be going back to that unprofessional place again. We finally walked out at 2:30! Wasting over a hour of our time. They lost 2 patients today because I had an appointment tomorrow."

"Fantasia, wow, absolutely rude! Doesn’t let you speak, wouldn’t help correct a mistake made on their end on who my primary care doctor is. In my eyes, if you messed someone’s insurance so they cant use the referral originally given, you should fix it, right?"

"Benjamin Ensell was phenomenal! I had to change primary physician once getting an appointment with him. He took my tachycardia very seriously ordered an 12 lead EKG immediately! He sent my prescriptions immediately to the pharmacy. Everything was prompt and very relaxed. He spent his time with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all."
