"When I called prior to my prescription expiring, Im told it’s not necessary, to call, that it will be renewed automatically. Well this time I didn’t call and my prescription is expired. I received a call shortly after my rating and my prescription was updated. So I will give 5 stars now because of their courtesy and promptness"

"Friendly and competent office/support staff, convenient location, clean and comfortable office. The doctor was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me and my medical history. The support staff followed up with me throughout the registry process and have been very responsive and helpful with my subsequent calls and questions."

"This office is first-most very professional. I seem to always speak with Kristin and she is ALWAYS in a good mood. In my first visit I saw her deal with very difficult patients like it was nothing and then have a smile ready right after for me. I felt extremely comfortable. "The initial appointment and consultation went perfect. Dr. King is very knowledgable and the staff makes the environment comforting. I knew there would be a wait for approval from the state and got through that just fine. My concern came when I was told that after state approval it would only be a couple days at the most for my prescription to be put in the system. Come to find out Dr. King was in CA visiting patients there and couldn't do anything from there. Needless to say she was supposed to be back in FL before the hurricane hit, but never arrived. Then was told she would be back in FL Tuesday which made me think Tuesday my prescription could finally be filled, never happened. Dr. King was due into the office this morning (Wednesday) at 10:30, it's now 5:00 and I still have not heard anything. UPDATE: It is now Thursday, and I just heard that Dr. King is still in CA, with a list of her patients that needs prescriptions filled; and has not entered them into the system yet! Another day of disappointment."
