"It seems that a lot of these reviews are old and no longer reflect the staff at this facility. I am a current patient here with Dr. Jillian Ginnetti and she has been nothing but kind, caring, has a fun personality, and very personable. The office has greeted me with big smiles, and quiet tones, never harsh. I feel like I could be friends with everyone in the office! I just wanted to give a new perspective from the ones that were posted over three years ago. I hope this helps!"

"I was very exited due to a was refer was looking for a primary doctor. Upon calling my appointment was 30 days out I took it. As it got closer to my appointment which was April 2nd 2020, I was email several times and appointment was confirm through text. The morning of my appointment I was called 10 minutes prior to tell me that I was unable to be seen of due to was happening and I can be seeing via tel conference was I ready. I clearly understand what’s going on but the staff couldn’t of call me in advance and provide this update. I was very unhappy I told the person I work and I took my morning off to walk into the office as my appointment was previously confirm as such. How could I have laptop or device that I can just snap my finger when I drove all the was here and I’m being told this 10 minutes before my appointment. VERY unprofessional how this was handled. I was a new patient you will never get my business. Very displeased, Good luck."

"Dr. Anjum Kumbkarni is a Doctor that you rarely find. What I mean is, she is genuine, polite, caring, understanding and above all a truly amazing humane being that you don’t feel judge or embarrassed. I can truly say she is helping me find strength to become healthier in every way including believing in myself. I’m happy I found that rare Doctor that is genuinely caring. "I have been coming to this office for the last 4 yrs with dr McKenna and the service was great. I was in love with this office and it’s service but since Dr McKenna left I don’t know what’s worse, the front desk employees or the doctors. Dr Hanz (I think the name is like that) was extremely unprofessional and not a people person at all. I have been having to wait in the office for over 30 minutes and they don’t give you no explanations. Today, I got caught in really bad traffic and they told me they had to reschedule, they couldn’t see me. So you have to wait for them all the time but the one day you have an issue they cannot work with you and they are rude on top of it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"Standard harsh medical office suite. Walls are too thin, you hear everything as you wait. Waiting area is hard, noisy and not comforting. Some places are recognizing that a little creature comfort can go along way to ease a stressful situation. Now to the important stuff. Staff dealing directly with the patients are great. Doctors are good. Three in family go there and each have a different Doctor that we have had for years, we like um. Labs and imaging service available on site. Good handicap parking available as well as a drop off/pickup lane. Give them a try."
