"Countryside Surgery Center is filled with outstanding professionals who are all so genuinely kind and made me feel very comfortable upon my arrival for my first colonoscopy this morning. Karen from pre-admissions had a friendly voice from the start letting me know all my pre-op instructions and put me at ease. Patty from Pre-Op made me laugh and relieve my stress before I had my procedure. She did a great job with my IV as well, which nobody likes having. I met the head anesthesiologist, and he was very kind and we shared stories, which helped me keep my mind off the procedure I was having. The OR team consisting of Phyllis, Kelly, and Hugh were very thorough and sweet and made me feel at ease. Frances was super sweet during my recovery period and helped me to my car. I will definitely use this facility again. They are top notch. Thank you for taking good care of me."

"Pros - AMAZING pre- op care by nurse Andrea! I got to see her on Halloween, she made my first surgery a breeze when I was pretty nervous. I loooved her Halloween costume. - The medical team all introduced themselves individually and shared how they’d be helping me that day- this was awesome!!! - I truly felt cared for throughout the entire process. - I already feel major improvements from my procedure, I’m so glad my surgeon found the root cause and presented this as an option. Challenges - I never received the phone call about my surgery and couldn’t ever get someone to call me with final details. My chart said someone left a voicemail. Regardless, I never got it. Luckily, the surgery paperwork was very detailed and I was set by using that as my guide & got my surgery arrival time from the operator. - Billing was a bit of a struggle the day before the surgery. This caused a stressful day. I got calls to pay my bill before knowing when my surgery was scheduled for. Overall, I had a good experience."

"I took my mom here to have a colonoscopy under anesthesia about 2 weeks ago. I will not lie I had my doubts driving up to this place. But they were undeserved! The staff took great care of her! The staff are friendly and attentive. The place is clean. They were on the ball here. The doctor explained things well post procedure to me. Since my mom was still out of it from the anesthesia. She was very professional and helpful. They made sure the whole thing went well. She really appreciates their work. Especially the fact they addressed all her concerns from previous procedures in the past. Will recommend to friends and family as well."

"Arrival at 5:45 am for a rotator cuff shoulder surgery and it was nothing but pure perfection from entry to exit. Rae and Michele at the entrance, over to Raizel for initial prepping , it was so well planned and facilitated for my husband Michael Kh, I was about to ask for an operation for myself LOL. Carrie at discharge was extremely helpful and caring. Bravo to an amazing team from someone who has had a fair share of surgeries but up in the DC area and let me assure you, the care and the results are by far surpassing some of the most reknown medical services elsewhere. Keep it up and thank you for the wonderful care from 6 to 10 am."

"All the Staff here was wonderful, especially the anesthesiologists (They did an amazing job making sure I had no negative reactions to anesthesia like I have with past surgeries). Everyone up front was super friendly and the facility was very clean. Unfortunately the billing is a complete nightmare- I had to pre pay for the surgery and was charged way over the allowed amount for my insurance. My surgery was 6 months ago and I’ve had to call dozens of times to ask them to submit it first to primary and then secondary insurance and to ask for updates. I STILL haven’t gotten the money refunded to me. The surgeon AND the anesthesiologist bills were completely processed with both insurances in under 60 days with no phone calls from me so clearly it’s the facility’s billing department that’s the problem not my insurance."
