"After years of horrible customer service at this pharmacy, I am vowing never to go back to this place and came here to speak my mind. Ismoralda was the nail on the coffin this evening with her inability to communicate and refusal to acknowledge my known allergy to penicillin. She damn near could have killed me. Over The years, I have never seen a kind worker in the pharmacy. People who use the pharmacy deserve to be treated treated with respect and employees have an obligation to explain medications and insurance issues. I’m not stopping here either. I’ll be calling corporate in the morning."
