"Great office! You can easily access your health portal which allows easy communication between the providers for any refills or healthcare needs. This cuts out having to call the office which saves time. Staff is always friendly and always smiling. While all the doctors are awesome! It can be difficult to get an appointment but honestly what doctor is not like that anymore 10/10 recommend."

"I love Dr. M, but they are horrible at answering the phone. I was on hold for 40 minutes my first call, i got someone, the call was disconnected by accident - now i have to wait all over again...they did not call me back."

"I do not recommend this office. Starting when they measured my height and the assistant told me I am 5’6”, which confused me because I have been 5’8” my whole adult life; she told me she divided the inches by 12 and she got 5,6666 something so I must be 5’6”. Math wasn’t mathing that day. Then the doctor I saw told me she is ordering a full STD panel, after I told her I got implants and I stopped taking birth control, even though my chart says “married” and I was wearing my wedding and engagement rings. This never happened to me before or after. I changed doctors to less snotty judging ones and that can actually do math."

"I guess this place is really going downhill. I said I'm not feeling well and they scheduled me an appointment 1 month away, if I wanted to go for a physical 2 months away. I literally said I haven't been feeling well for over 30 days and now you're going to make me wait another 30 days? Apparently I can't change who I saw the first time which was over a year ago, this sounds ridiculous. Time to find a new location that actually cares. And when the person on the phone says "I'm just a messenger" it just shows how much anyone over there really cares."

"Update: Practice manager called me after the review. Said phone problems were being addressed. I have now called every day, multiple times to verify they had canceled my appointment. Left on hold every single time for 18 minutes, 34 minutes, 39 minutes and others before finally giving up. So good luck to any other patients calling this practice. I never write negative reviews but this practice really deteriorated after HCA bought it. Same day appointments they advertise is a joke. They never answer the phones. I've been left on hold for over 30 minutes more than once before I gave up. Today I received a letter stating the doctor I've seen for about 30 years will be leaving the practice in FOUR days. So I will also be leaving the practice. The only reason I stayed and put up with the practice was because of my primary doctor."
