"Called 3 times, wrote to them 5 times and asked them to submit an invoice to my Insurance company. Flat out ignored any calls and then they sent it to a collection agency. All this for an invoice with no details that looked suspiciously like duplicate billing anyway. Bunch of cowboys, avoid at all costs."
