"One of the poorest experiences I’ve ever had even for a Walmart if it wasn’t for the manager coming over, literally giving us a free cake and our money back It would’ve been a total loss ordered a cake over a month ago not ready to go. There’s no cake insight to even though they sent us an email and a text message that it was ready to pick up at 9 o’clock. No explanation of why or how that could be all they said, was they tried to call we have no voicemail at all. All this can be chocked up to a mistake, but the way that I was spoke to by staff as if they were the ones supposed to be irritated about a mistake that I made instead of the other way around Their excuse was, they didn’t have the package to make the baby shark cake even though there was a baby shark cake already made for someone with a different name that they couldn’t give us Total incompetence and no problem-solving skills by the workers behind the desk, and I’m not sure her name, but the blonde lady was one of the Rudest people I’ve ever encountered I work in customer service. She wouldn’t sniff an interview for us. She also tried to blame me for knocking over her managers boxes, as if I would do that out of anger for mistake that she made I quickly let her know that her accusations were misplaced And that I know how to treat people, even though she did not."

"Bad and Good Employees…. Some care…. Some just want to lie and argue like yesterday at the money center…. It was so embarrassing…. Just bc she has worked there 29 yrs etc. does not mean she knows how to do an application fee.. told me to go to customer service but they said to go there the day before… While on the phone with rental agency to walk her through it…. after she said it cannot be done.. she refused this help and argued over nothing to EMBARRASS ME…. This was my second attempt but did not deserve the mouthy…. EGO driven, money center Hispanic woman…. EMBARRASSING and then wanted me to complain to her supervisor…. I haven’t got time for that! She completed the transaction after I told her (on speaker phone) how to do it correctly…. This is after she said it could not be done…. … SERIOUSLY …. then had the nerve to say the other girl … yesterday … did not know what she was doing…. I just shook my head and as I was leaving said, you don’t know everything!!!!"

"I mostly use them for grocery pickup and for the most part, it goes pretty smoothly. My complaint is the people who park in the pickup area that aren't picking up. This makes it difficult for the employees to find vehicles and do their jobs efficiently."

"I'm just not big on having to ring up my own groceries after navigating all the obstacles including people who aren't always polite, courteous or respectful. Still I don't complain but it's getting out of control forcing me to ring up 200 + dollars sometimes. Just get some extra cashier's please. As far as training they have it down on the theft prevention. They are on it hard so thieves better just steal clear. Their top shelf quality."

"1 star is too high....been going to this pharmacy for a couple of months now and I have not had one single enjoyable visit. The women here are absolutely RUDE every time! Sent my mom home almost in tears, cut you off and short with you, even was hung up on after being on hold for about 30 minutes because I was simply asking questions! I am a kind person to a fault....but maybe I can prevent another person crying. Don't go here if at all possible, for the pharmacy! It is totally worth the longer distance and HASSLE of transferring EVERYTHING @"
