"I've gone to Med family care for two years now seeing Dr. Rodriguez. I really love her and she is really great, but I rarely get to see her. Now when I go anytime I make an appointment I only see the PA and she is always rushed. Not only that, but they never get anything done that I asked them to do. They can't schedule an MRI or even look at one. They put the wrong referrals in if they even do them at all. The front desk is extremely unorganized and it's honestly ridiculous. I just got off the phone with the front desk today and they were extremely rude to me and arguing with me that they did not send the wrong referral when they did. I was actually shocked at how rude they were. It's just very upsetting because you really do get the bare minimum of care there. I am switching to a new doctor as soon as possible. I'm so upset."
