"Absolutely the best! I wouldn’t want to ever go anywhere else from now on! Explained every step of the way what to expect and by when. I needed a core needle biopsy. Instructions were clear and they even called to check on me afterwards. Results were back within 3 days. The doctor called personally and talked to me about results and next steps. Absolutely the best care! Highly recommend!"
"Most painful mammogram I have ever had. Pain for two weeks following procedure. Also the radiologist Dr. Patricia de Leon acted unethically causing harm. Only giving two stars because support staff is good. But I would not go back!"
"I have always really enjoyed the care I received from the womans imaging department with my mammograms and ultrasounds however, the billing has on more than one occasion been very stress inducing when a couple weeks later I received a huge bill and noticed that although they call themselves a imaging center they stick patients with outpatient hospital bills that are typically much higher than an imaging centers bill for the same services one would receive at an imaging center. I advice patients to call ahead and verify what the cost is going to be before getting the imaging done bc you may be very surprised in a couple weeks when you get the bill. I must remember to not come back to this place, simply for this reason."
"My recent visits to this office for imaging and diagnostics have been emotionally taxing and more than stressful but the wonderful staff there is compassionate, supportive, and amazing. Karen and Laurie are wonderful and I appreciate their kindness, hugs, reassuring words throughout the process. They went above and beyond for me, as i know they do for all their patients. This type of exemplary patient care is what is missing from many medical offices. Karen and Laurie I appreciate you! ❤️"
"I have had my mammograms done there the last three years. They have always been courteous and I've never had to wait long. You do need an appointment and every year I receive a reminder in the mail when my mammogram is due. I have had other x-rays done at the radiology center, also very courteous and prompt. My Shands doctor receives my results within 48 hours."
