"Jose, Diana and the rest of the staff were fantastic! They took me back for my CT scan at the exact time of my appointment. I was back in my vehicle in 13 minutes. This practice is so efficient!! Also, the staff is very friendly and caring. They go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable."

"Let's start with the good. The front desk staff and check in ladies were friendly and helpful. I was also able to get in and out pretty quickly with minimal wait time, even when I arrived early. It is because of this that I am giving two stars instead of one. My negative experience was with the guys who were actually doing the procedure (CT scan). They seemed to want to rush through the process and did not make me feel comfortable at all. The man that gave me my IV was very rough with me and it was the most painful IV I have ever had put in. I have a lot of medical issues and have IVs put in multiple times a month and I have never had anyone do it so roughly. The IV site continued to hurt for two days afterwards. Even though a CT scan is a very simple and quick procedure, I wanted to feel welcomed, comforted, and treated with care. I left feeling very disappointed with my experience there and never wanting to go back. I felt like just a number, which is never how someone should feel when they are getting medical care. The doctor that referred me for the CT scan wanted to also get a MRI done shortly after that appointment. I asked them to please send the referral to a different place to avoid ever going through that again. I advise Invision to review who they have employed to do the procedures there and make sure they are providing an experience that is reflective of their business because as of now it is turning away patients."

"I have had several scans recently and I cannot express how easy they were to work with. Insurance and referrals are difficult at best and they helped through the process. The clinical staff was fantastic and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that needed to be done."

"They've got to be paying for reviews. Here is my experience: Staff at my primary care physician office had to call twice in a six week period to pressure them to make the appointment. I arrived thirty minutes early as requested - I wasn't greeted with pleasantry. Some members of staff were pleasant and others made it painfully obvious they dislike their jobs. I had to wait in a very tiny cubicle - forced to sit on a hard surface with no back support with a spinal injury FOR AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES waiting for the MRI on my spine. They were extremely behind on appointments - now tell me, how does that happen when your appointment is at 8 a.m. ??? I did notice - they were herding people into these cubicles like cattle. NEVER AGAIN."

From the pleasant person on the phone, the wonderful reception, registration clerks who deal with you so personally, the loving technicians, on and on. I cannot fully express the level of personal caring I have received from each and EVERY ONE of the employees. Thank you so much."
