"Con: Intern used the smallest otoscope tip on my adult ears and jabbed my left eardrum three times, then moved to the right(and jabbed it too) Very Painful!! Spoke loudly at the desk about my medical concerns (I could clearly hear them and the door to my room was closed), mentioned infront of other clinic visitors in the lobby for me not to be worried about my "genetic disease" (OF WHICH I DO NOT HAVE!). Definitely not returning. Pro: Receptionist was lovely."
