"First couple times decent cut/service. Last visit my dog was turned away because his hair was too long and the staff did not seem to want to work on a Friday afternoon. Appointment was at 1:30PM... I brought my dog to another local groomer that does a better job. Can only thank the resident "expert" groomer for her lousy attitude and poor advice which resulted in finding a better groomer."

"Here is a before and after pic of a $110 hair cut . She got butchers because groomer couldn’t remove the mat in her face! Her boots not even and pretty much the same length as it was, we asked her to cut it little shorter than before because of the heat! For this much money you should take your time and make it work! Beyond disappointed and feel ripped off! Called the store and they couldn’t care less or offer a refound of any kind! Thank you for ruining her 2nd birthday! We were excited to take her picture but not anymore!"
