"This is a very difficult company to work with. They hide true reviews by taking them down on trustpilot and do not own up for their mistakes and are defensive and unreasonable. It’s all about image. Due to their MLM structure their commissions are not paid on retail but some tricky system of "product value" which winds up to be less than 50% of the retail pricing. They also have ways to flush out the distributor's customers and hard work resulting in a total loss of monthly income for the distributor. It really is set up for the higher ups to keep huge portions of the 187 million dollar a year revenue. After feeding their food under a breeder since 2015, I feel that now they lost their vision and have other interests instead of supporting all the people who helped build their company."
