The girl on the phone was down rite mean, almost like i was bothering her trying to make an appointment., if that is the way they treat customers , even possible new ones, I would not trust them with my dogs. "We had an awesome experience. All the staff was very professional and really cared about the Grooming needs of my dogs. I have a Goldendoodle and labradoodle they are pictured below. They are clean and now comfortable. My golden has severe anxiety and was abused as a puppy. They knew her needs and were great with her. Would definitely recommend to anyone. ! I will also add scheduling the appt on the app was very convenient and someone texted me back with the appt time confirmation. That is a convenience most groomers do not have !
