"Petco isn’t honest when is comes to pricing , I downloaded the app and made an appointment for my puppy and it said it would be a certain amount and when I arrived to Petco they wanted to find any excuse to bump the price almost $20 higher than originally the quote . Also we’ve taken my puppy to other groomers before that and they charge way less and leave them groomed way nicer and add a complementary accessory and Petco didn’t deliver that expectation. I decided to try them because they were closer to home but I rather make the drive else where , and know the exact price and service I know I’ll get ."

"I took my dog for grooming, after 3 hours I called the store to ask because normally doesn’t take that long. They said was a busy day. When I got home after pick him up, I noticed a deep cut on his leg. They never mentioned it, I’m pretty sure that was the reason why it took so long for them to call me to pick up my dog."
