"Brought my pup in for his first trim. Mayra took care of him and she did amazing! Look forward to bringing him back. I have a 3 month old shih-poo. He came in with frizzy-ish somewhat curly hair and came out looking all fancy like he went to the salon for a blowout. Stahhp it right now!! Lol I added the teeth brushing and nail trimming to his package to get him used to it. Totally worth it. He also had a little bandana when I picked him up. He smelled so fantastic, too! Thank you Mayra!"
"Our puppy had such a positive experience going to his first grooming appointment here. It was a Friday in December, so it was packed full of dogs but he got in and out within less than 3 hours. He was very calm coming out and his cut turned out so well. Everyone there was so sweet and patient with him. We will definitely be bringing him back!"
"Been coming to Petsmart Grooming for both my pets for the past 10 yrs. When I can’t make an appt i call in and ask if they have availability and they make the appt if they had any available. Today I was told there was availability but i still had to do it online. I informed the lady 12/12/2020 @ 1045am I always call in and they add me if they can. Her reply “well you can’t” and hangs up on me."
"The grooming salon at this PetSmart has become very unreliable. We have been bringing our 1 year old dog here since he was a puppy. The first few times were great but the last 4 have gotten worse each time. Today we brought him in at 10:30am. We finally called at 7pm to see if he was ready and they said they needed another hour. When we went to get him they had just begun to trim him. When confronted the groomer Natasha became defensive and blamed our dog for why it wasn’t done yet. We requested to pay for the dog and leave at that point with the dog half trimmed. We are now out the money for an over priced bath and still have to take him somewhere else for a cut. This place over books their grooming appointments and their groomers are extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone."
