"I ordered a lemonade they gave me a lemonade that was made incorrectly. No, I sent it and to top it off the young lady when I asked her if that was my drink, but that was not the right size or the right thing that I ordered gave me an attitude and just was very nasty About the way she approached me I never disrespected her never said anything wrong just question the drink because it’s not what I paid for and she was just playing out right rude and I will never step foot into the store again she yelled at me and that is not called for unprofessional"

"I was very surprised to stand at the register for more than 2 minute’s without any greeting whatsoever. Very surprising. I felt as though I was intruding on their day and that it was greatly unappreciated! Alyssa was vocally rude to me when I helped myself to sugar for my coffee. I was quite pleased to enter “no tip”. Very much deserved for this team! In fact, I felt compelled to actually remove some tip money from the tip jar, lol!! No that I am thinking of it, $3.50 for a large cup of coffee with cream and sugar…excessive!"

"The employees here go above and beyond. I had a mishap and spilled hot coffee everywhere. The young man behind the counter jumped on it immediately. His main concern was that nobody was hurt by the hot coffee. He got it all cleaned up right away and replaced it at no charge. All with a smile. Great job! Thank you!"

"Workers were not interested in being helpful regarding purchasing a mug, she did not check or ask at all about the one I was asking for. After waiting for a long time I had to ask since my drink had apparently been forgotten. How can you have 10 staff working and it take 20 minutes to receive a normal vent drip coffee?"
