"The cashier was super nice and gave my son a free cake pop today because he was having a meltdown (2 years old). This drive thru line is routinely long, wrapped around the building, and they turn their mobile ordering off regularly. Going inside is very slow service. I try to avoid because it is so poorly managed. Also, today I witnessed a customer have an issue where she didn’t get her order and left mad, and 2 female baristas were mocking and laughing at her loudly after she left and rehashing the interaction, which I found unprofessional(this was 9:30 AM on 12/31.) they also got my cup size wrong (probably too busy laughing at the angry customer as I got my drink, which was wrong, right after that). I simply left with it wrong rather then wait another 20 minutes and be mocked. It just seems like this particular Starbucks doesn’t have it “down”, they aren’t fast, and don’t use all available technology (like order ahead) available to them. I try to avoid because literally every other Cape Starbucks is 10/10 and this one is maybe a 1.5/10."

"I don’t like to leave bad reviews, and seldom will after one bad experience. Do not come to this Starbucks, period. They have major management and staffing issues. The last three times we’ve placed a mobile order, it has taken over 40 minutes to receive each one. By no means was the place exceedingly busy. Unfortunately the staff is very erratic and incredibly unorganized. They need new management and better training. AVOID."

"I hate to amend this review but service has gone way downhill. I've had to wait in the drive thru between 20 and 25 minutes typically over the last handful of visits, but today takes the cake: 50 minutes before ordering. This was with probably 10 cars ahead of me. Crazy. Let me start by saying I'm one of the ones that doesn't usually review. But I had to say something about the awesome hype crew there this morning. I pulled up to the window and the very first words out of the barista's (I think his name was Matthew, but I didn't see his name tag closely) mouth were: "Hello, oh my gosh, you're so beautiful!" This was followed up by a wonderful exclamation of additional compliments not just by him, but by another crew member after she came to window at his words. They were both so friendly, enthusiastic, and so genuine in their hyping that I was at a loss for words. I have no doubt that they go out of their way to find something lovely to say about every person who pulls up, and that makes it even better, because what a bright way to start the day. Thank you for making my morning! Your happiness is absolutely contagious, and you never know how your kind words and excited, warm, bubbly attitudes might impact someone who needs it (or even someone who thinks they don't!)"

"My sad, sad oatmeal from Starbucks. I would love to have returned it but it was way to packed. They even forgot to add the rest of the toppings to my order. Idk why I’d expect anything less than average from these huge corporations. I’ll just take my business somewhere else. Note: to the owner, you replying with the same old comment is not helping the situation. The link you sent me is doing nothing for the incompetence the staff showed today and the countless other days people have complained about as well. How about you get down to the real problem here."
