"Go to this location everyday with no issues and today the "little spoiled brat" working the drive thru who was obviously not having a good day thinks she can be rude to me. The manager was called but didnt really seem to care either. They charge $9 for a frap and think that its ok to be rude? I will definately not be returning to this location after today."

"The team here is amazing! My drinks are always made right and the partners make me feel like I’ve been friends with them for forever when I go in and get my drinks. Couldn’t recommend this location more!"

"Just got to Starbucks 1:00pm today , some lady doesn’t know how to make a coffee right, in the menu one type of coffee , and I got something else instead. No whipped cream added . And sticky cup ."

"Makes me feel so disappointed & mad that I spend a small fortune weekly on overpriced coffee when I open the lid to check on my latte & it’s more than an inch below the top. Ridiculous. The least you could do it give me what I overpay for. I should’ve gone back & asked them to fix it but was on my way to work & that would’ve taken forever on double star day. They were clearly understaffed.. Sbux dropped the ball today. Of course double star day would be extra busy. What a time to understaff."

"I cannot rave about this location enough. They are absolutely incredible, a work ethic you don’t see nowadays! I have been to Starbucks locations around the country but this one is like no other. They take the time to do things correctly you can tell they actually care. I thank the management for putting such a great team together."
