"My senior Mom goes up to pick up two Italian BMT's for lunch. She has list of exactly what I want on it. First, they put it on the wrong bread, she asks them to remake it. They did so with just meat and cheese, no lettuce, tomato as initially ordered. Mom said guy barely spoke English. What a disappointment. Not the first time with this location either. Oh and they don't answer the phone either. Finally, got through and manager said it's our fault, he saw the paper and put in the bag. Apparently he can't read then, because the paper that came back in the bag clearly list everything. This Subway will no longer get any business from us."

"YALL ARE NEVER OPEN ON TIME. SOME PEOPLE LIKE SUBWAY ON THEIR WAY TO WORK AND WHEN A CORPORATE BUSINESS IS SUPPOSED TO OPEN AT 8 I DONT GET WAY EVERYYYY SINGLE DAY YALL ARENT OPENING UNTIL WAY AFTER THAT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND NOOO I DONT LIKE PUBLIX SUBS."
