"Love love love this place. I am NOT a deli kind of gal so I never gave this place a chance. But boy I wish I had sooner. I had no idea they had such good home cooked food! Service is always great! I was able to chat with the owner tonight who was an absolute sweetheart. Found my new favorite little spot!"

"I used to love this place, and I really to keep my reviews positive, but after my experience with Brunch I cannot! We ordered matzoh ball soup that was delicious but the carrots were under cooked,my husband’s omelette, eggs Benedict dish that was watery and the home fries were totally undercooked. I called the waitress over and told her about my husband’s omelette (unfortunately he ate it until he realized) and the home fries. She took the home fries back. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner! The owner came over and I complemented her on the soup, telling her how delicious it was never mentioning how undercooked the carrots were, and she loved the compliments! I then told her how about my husband‘s omelette and it was running in the middle, (it was quite disgusting)and she gave us an excuse about how she cooked it, and did not realize that there was a bubble in the middle and i quote “Do worry about it it’s cooked” went on and on about it smiling. It may be cooked but most people do not eat runny omelettes. She also gave us an explanation on how they boil the potatoes first and then cook them. This was totally not the case with these potatoes for sure, and then gave us back uncooked potatoes. CUSTOMERS DO NOT WANT EXCUSES! If there was a problem we want taken care of. I personally do not even want the money back just correct it! She offered us a discount on the bill. Walked away and left the plate on the table. When I told her we were not going to eat it! Thats how I was able to take pictures of it. Then we get the bill and she did indeed did take the meal off. We still paid $38 and were charged $16.00 for two small bowls of soup and my breakfast, which I never even complained about, but if that was coming out of my kitchen and I saw it I would not be happy with whoever made it! This is a place I really enjoyed going to. They even have outside Seating and a little Deli inside. Everyone has bad days, what really got me was the excuses, the inability to look at our table and see that my meal was also unsatisfactory or even ask! From what we understand our waitress is only working there two days and she was very apologetic so we did have great service from her! Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend!"

"Saturday Afternoon D~E~L~I~G~H~T ! 12.2.2023 @ Paradise Deli & Grill ~ Getting a bite to eat ... and a hug ! I first met Tracy, owner of Paradise Deli & Grill, via phone, when I called to see if she carried a food product. She immediately offered to special order it for me. Meeting her, I learned she was my neighbor in the NE, she being here from NY... and I, from CT. Explains why many of her homemade delights remind me of my north country roots... She serves Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner...Breakfast is an all day option on Saturdays & Sundays. Music always, some hours & days are LIVE! Indoor, or outdoor dining on the side patio. Tracy offers Take out & Catering too... I've tried something different with each visit... and never been disappointed. Strangers only for a moment... friends thereafter. A cozy Cafe feeling with great food, and an owner & staff who are warm, welcoming & attentive. The ingredients upon which repeat clientele, & friendships are born & grown. Maybe her cap that says "Sassy" played a part, too... the "Birds of a Feather" thing... (!)"

"I love the owner! Tracy and Renee are phenomenal, Tracy is an absolute trooper the night before she cut the tip off her finger and is still here making the absolute best food ever! This is my favorite restaurant to bring family and friends to when they come down to visit. Food is always fresh, delicious and the atmosphere is the blast!"
