"I took my dog here this week for grooming and they cut him in multiple places! They called to inform me about cutting his leg however when I get home I see it was more than one place they told me about. They told me to just go to CVS to get liquid glue and he would be okay. Yes they gave me the grooming service for free but that doesn’t make anything comparable to how my dog is now. He barely will let anyone touch him and is still hurting. Please don’t take your dog here, I know I will not anymore especially due to learning he had more cuts than they informed me of."

"I really don't like writing bad reviews, but after email attempts and calling up to speak with the owner, nothing. This is the 3rd time bringing him in, and the first 2 times was ok. However, this visit was disappointing for the fact that my dogs both ears were cut by the clippers or whatever they used. After the visit, I noticed him shaking his head. I figured because of the haircut and the bath, however, he would continue shaking his head the next day until I looked and noticed his ears. They were cut on both . I put some antibiotic ointment for dogs and applied. They are scabing but healing. I don't think I will return. Had the owner wrote back or called me as I asked, I probably wouldn't have written this review. I most likely won't return, but I felt the need to let explain. They might need to hire more groomers because the lady, though nice, seemed overwhelmed, and I feel she did it by accident because she was rushing."

"My neighbor get their Schnauzer groomed here and I gave it a chance since their dog looks good. I read the reviews about a choppy cut and I gave it a chance. I have two schnauzer and both of them have choppy hair cuts. It is not uniform through out and there are spots where it’s quite noticeable. My males genitalia doesn’t even looked groomed but like they skipped over it. Over all the grooming is sub standard. So if you need your dog groomed and are not to picky about over all looks, this place might be for you for 65.00. Staff was indifferent towards clients. As a new customer I was not impressed. I will not be returning to this groomer. For the price I expected better service and grooming."

"The salon had a great groomer. Whoever when she left, they gave our dog to another groomer that rushed the service and didn’t do much at all. They just showered our dog but didn’t not get any knots out or didn’t even cut her hair. They received the feedback and did not give another grooming to correct what they did, nor offered a refund. Very dissatisfied with management and the overall experience when faced with a not so satisfied customer. Would not recommend"

"My girls pup loves it there. Look how happy and pretty she looks. They were very busy so lady at front desk suggested to drop her off and they would call me when she is ready. I dropped her off, ran some errands and then came back for her. Very easy drop off and pick up."
