7-Eleven

"I went in for a cup of coffee at 12:00pm on a Saturday! The coffee was cold in all brewing machines (even the decaf) I was the only person in the store at the time and asked the attendee (female, short hair with glasses) if they can brew coffee cause they were all pouring cold! She looked at me like I had 4 heads and said oh and walked back to the register and stood there. So along with my other items I went to the counter advised her I did not want the coffee due to it being cold and she still tried to charge me for “the cup” I asked her to remove that because I’m not paying for cold coffee and she told me I’m paying for the cup! After going back and fourth another worker advised her to remove the charge of the coffee! I decided not to purchase anything and left. I go to 7/11 almost every morning and this store was such a disgrace. 7/11 should stop hiring lazy individuals and try to hold a more reputable reputation. She continues to hold that level of customer service with customers eventually she will run into the wrong patron. We are all paying customers and part of her job is to refill the coffee machines so us paying customers don’t have to pay for cold coffee!"

"They don’t have creamer hazelnut or vanilla and last time they had no fresh coffee of any sort! this is the worst 7- eleven! People are not friendly!"

"The women with the green hair threatening customers and is horrible in customer service. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be employed! I will let everyone in the Neighborhood around her know per social media to go to the circle K instead. Just lazy people."

"To start off with dish store smells like it belongs in gibsonton soon as you walk in the funk hits you they never have hot dog buns for their hot dogs never can keep good help it's a new cashier every time I go but that's nothing didn't bother me what got me was I went in with no shirt on and was turned away immediately then right after that a lady walks in with a tea bag bikini and a bikini top on with everything hanging out and she has nothing at all said to her when I asked the cashier about it she said that she was covered I'll never give my money to these dot heads again"
