"We have a beautiful well maintained 29 gallon freshwater fish tank. Tank is firing all cylinders, water is perfect and check constantly use API master liquid test kit. It currently has 10 ember tetras, which are thriving. To the point. You guys really need to let up on your fish policy. Once again an employee lectured my wife, when she attempted to buy 1!! (ONE) pink tetra for our kids who were there picking one out. He proceeded to say our tank is to small to add the ONE!! Then went on to explain ammonia, PH, etc etc.. Yes we know, thank you. I was over hearing and honestly he wasn’t making sense, but again my opinion. Either way we left without getting ONE terra for our 29 gallon tank which currently has 10 of the smallest tetras you can own. Btw you guys have 100’s of fish swimming around in 20/10 gallon tanks, but that’s ethical? You definitely don’t sell them that fast and we see dead fish floating in your tanks all the time? I’ll still shop there because my kids like looking at the fish and buying one. Well when your sales team deems us worthy. Look forward to seeing you guys again!"

"Loved how quickly they got me in for a nail trim and file, but my dogs nails were still left sharp. I tried filing them myself but was annoyed because I specifically took him for a service to get done. I have a small dog and he wasn’t very fussy so I’m not sure why they didn’t do a good job. I also had to wait a very long time on a line since they chose to only have one cash register open. The person in front of me at the register was exchanging something and it took 3 employees to help."
