CVS

"The pharmacy here is terrible they tell you one thing and then do another. Turn the pick up the stuff to dinner. Set me yesterday 2:00 after he told me to go pick it up. They still didn't have it ready. Lady, tell me that it would be expedited and ready by the end of the day and they would call me. No one called me came out the following morning to pick it up, still not ready. Lady said it's gonna take another twenty minutes just doesn't make sense to me."

"Do not go here, they will overcharge you for everything. I used to go to the Windixi pharmacy and my medication cost under $6. That pharmacy has closed and the refill was transferred to this CVS. The exact same medication now cost $21 to refill, and that's after they "applied their discount"."

OShe exudes a kindness that comes across as very genuine. I have noted her behavior to be positive and consistent over multiple visits. She is an asset to your store."

"I went in for a flu vaccine on 11/1/22, there was a gentleman standing in line as 3 women behind the counter were talking. I assumed they were helping the man until the pharmacist had to tell one of them to help him. When I asked about the flu vaccine the person I talked to gave me a look like I was crazy. I had asked if the vaccine was preservative free. Again, the pharmacist has to answer the question. When I asked for the vaccine I was told to schedule an appointment. When I asked if they had any openings I was informed I would have to go on line to schedule. I have just moved to the area and I will never go back to that CVS. Other than the pharmacist not one of them was helpful or friendly ."
