For the past 2 months tried booking appointments and they were never accepted now the booking site is down and they don’t answer the phone. Unfortunately have to switch to a further location with the lack of service that has come upon this one"
"I've been coming here for 2 years and everything was great. I used to be able to call, make an appointment and it was super easy. Every single time I would call, someone would answer. Lately, you call and call and call and NOBODY answers. Was trying to call for 2 weeks and no answer. Finally gave in and booked the appointment request online and it lets you know that they will email you if the appointment gets confirmed....NOTHING. Idk how else to communicate since I tried both calling and online and literally getting nowhere. I like being loyal to a company but idk what's going on over there and also lately the quality has declined. Sadly, I will be finding a new place."
"I’ve been coming to this location for a year and the last two experiences I’ve had were SO POOR. It seems like they changed staff or ownership but what a disappointment. They charged me more than usual for just a bath and they gave me my dog back NOT BRUSHED AT ALL AND HE’S STILL WET!!!!!! They kennel dried him and it’s more than noticeable. Will be contacting the store to get my money back. The staff has such poor service. Won’t be returning here ever again."

They always go above and beyond, especially if your puppy is celebrating a special occasion like his birthday!! Their prices are great, and most important, their customer service is top notch!!
