If I didn't absolutely have to have those parts I would have waited for them to come from Amazon. Four times the cost what others sell them for. These prices are steep and even when I mentioned twice that I thought the prices were too high, not one person there offered an explanation. I hope that this write provokes Ace Hardware to relook at their profit margins and offer competitive prices. This economy does not support these types of business practices and I would be happy to return, otherwise, we are forced to go to your competing supply chain, Amazon and the like."
