"Easy to shop and love that they have 2 self checkouts. It can be busy when school lets or for the day as the kids walk to the store to pick up things before heading home."

"The worst CVS in Citrus County. Im a severe asthmatic who was told insurance would not cover my life sustaining medication and then proceeded to tell me what I could get. I went to the quick care and got prescribed what CVS said. When I got to the pharmacy they said it's been on back order. I wasted 6 hours away from work and paid money for nothing. The quick care was more accommodating and provided me a nebulizer to help. The pharmacist, I'll give credit for trying, was unable to fix or workaround the issue. but I was forced to go to CVS Because of Winn-Dixie pharmacy closing and my insurance. I have avoided CVS for years due to the overwhelming amount of issues i had everytime I used them. It was my first time back in a very long time and immediately hit with a preventable issue."

"Never enough hell ! Cvs is cheap about hiring people! Prescriptions are never ready unless you call about them . Not the workers fault ! It’s corporates fault for not hiring ! If i could leave zero stars I would . I have called corporate three times for these problems! Never changes anything . If I could go to another pharmacy I would but my insurance wont let me ! I tell my family members to go elsewhere!"

"I have no idea how the average rating for this store is what it is! I go in there many times a week and I'm always greeted happily. If I seem lost , they mentioned they could help. The prices are great and I get extra back as they put rewards on your card. I can't vouch for the pharmacy, just the front end customer service."

"I often go into this CVS in Inverness which is always clean and the staff friendly. However, on my most recent visit, I couldn't help but overhear snippets of a conversation between the cashier and the man in front of me. He was purchasing a gift card. I was not standing so near as to hear all the details of his purchase. But I did hear the cashier ask if the card was for him. I couldn't quite hear exactly what was being said so as I was next to checkout I took the liberty of asking the cashier why she asked that question. She said that a couple of years ago someone came in who was being threatened by someone waiting outside, forcing the elderly customer to purchase the card. There is a lot of this going on and elderly people are usually the target. The cashier told me that now it is the store's policy to ask if the card is for them and was anyone forcing them to purchase it. I thought this was so great that CVS has made this a policy. It's a small thing but could have big consequences, like saving a person from being taken advantage of or worse. CVS as a company has really impressed me by training cashiers to ask this question. Who knows, it could possibly save a life, especially if the bad guys are waiting outside and the cashier offers assistance to their customer by having them wait inside while she called the police. Well done, CVS."
