"The management at this store is biased and discriminate their associates. They verbally attack their associates in front of customers and they allow staff to accuse associates of being gay and spreading gossip and then suspend the employee being attacked just because the trouble making associate cried to their mommy and daddy. So they start trouble accuse customers of being inappropriate just because the customer asked if she was all right and having a good day?!?! The whole management staff needs to be fired"
"As a former Publix employee, the customer service I received from my visit today was terrible. I'm mindful when it comes to complaints at the deli, I've been there and done it. It's hard but when it's not busy with so numerous employees just doing fresh slice and me waiting almost 5 minutes to be helped. Also the fact that the employee that did end up helping me didn't even know what I was talking about made it worse. I get back to my work place and I open up my popcorn chicken meal only to see this. 3 and a half wedges?"
"This is the best Publix to shop at. Firstly the parking is so easy. There are no twists and turns and you're not in anybody's way and the lanes aren't narrow and it's just the best for parking. Secondly the store is always spotless. They always have a great variety of food. The variety that they have in their bakery is incredible and it all tastes so good and smells so good. Just all in all it, to me, is the best Publix in Spring Hill Florida."
"I asked for assistance from a manager n he neglected me. He told me he was busy on a phone call n would get back to me. He never got back to me but did walk by a few times afterwards. Smh. I asked another employee to help me. He tried his best. At least he tried better than the last guy. What a disappointment your management team has hired. Smh!!!!!"
"I enjoy trips to shop here. Always a nice place with good products neatly stacked and organized and easy to find. People actually work here, and are willing to help you with a smile. And no making you check out your own groceries...I don't want to check out my own stuff."
