Alexis the store manager came in and helped to pet and calm my dog so they could finish the service. I am very grateful they were able to get it done because although he doesn’t bite, my dog does try to pull away/get away for his nails. I also bought some food, treats, and flea prevention while I was in the store and the cashier Angeline was very fast and kind."

"After years and years of rock heaters being infamous for the health issues and burns they cause for various species, PetCo will still happily sell them to you. Buy local, or at the very least do your research before getting reptiles/amphibians/invertebrates and the supplies for them at commercial pet stores. It's unrealistic to expect staff to know the ins and outs of more exotic animal care, but as a company they should do better in terms of what they stock."
