"It's extra irritating whenever they make you pull up, to wait longer for your food, at a fast food establishment, just to get your food and it all cold, smh.SMH. I personally, just don't get it. Good job, on doing a horrible job McDonalds, you never fail to remind me why I rarely ever come to your slow food establishments."
"Morning breakfast rush was chaotic at best. Walked inside to order, even worse. Waited 20 minutes for my order, and it was wrong....but they gave me like 4 extra biscuits, so I didn't go back in to exchange it."
"Service was okay. They gave us extra Buffalo sauces but not enough BBQ. Couldn't get lemonade so got sweet tea. Order took forever for curbside pickup, had to go in and get it. Food was okay. Fries were a bit soft and undercooked. Nuggets were okay."

"I drove up to the speaker, and they asked if they could take my order. I asked them for a minute. I was looking at the menu, and immediately, a male voice came on. Are you ready? "I replied with I would let him know when I was ready to order. When I ordered, he continued to ask medium or large. I said whatever it comes with. He said, "Do you want a medium fry and large drink? Once again, I repeated just what it comes with. When I got to the window to pay, the cashier did not understand how to enter charge into the register to just give me $5.00 back. When I got to the second window, they handed me a drink and a bag. I decided to speak with the manager. Her explanation to me was that she's never worked with this girl, but she would talk to her. Her attitude was I really don't care. When I drove off, I decided to look at the food when I pulled up to the school. The fry cartoon was not full, and they were cold and should have been trashed. I had asked for extra pickles on the Big Mac, and there were 3, but it was drenched in sauce, and the patties were scorched. No napkins or ketchup in the bag. When you have a growing boy who refuses to eat any food, you know it's bad! Everything went into the trash except the coke."
