"This is Twice I have went to this Location in Niceville after 6 O'clock. The Service is Below Par and The Food is the Same. They over cook for Dinner Rush and when the Rush is Over, I am left with whatever is left. Not what I Expect from a Chick FIL A. Never Again will they get my Money. "It is truly one busy fast food restaurant! I give it 5 for food! But, c’mon it’s Chick fil a! Who doesn’t love it! Also enjoying the kale salad but a bit pricey for a small amount of Kale. It can’t be more than several ounces. Service is a tad dicey at times, yet overall there polite and competent."
"My husband and I picked up dinner through the drive through. His chicken nuggets and fries were fine but I opened my salad and there were dead flies directly on top. Unfortunately we didn't catch this until we made it home to eat. Makes me question the cleanliness of this establishment and how fresh the food is. Two stars only because our cashier, Bobby, was very friendly."
