"I just ate at this Papa Johns after so long, been a few years give or take. It used to be my go to as a kid, and then the quality went downhill and eventually it just came a place "well, they are open", but I legit don't remember anything from Papa Johns being anywhere as delicious as the food I just got, got their Garlic Parm Chicken Dippers and Cheesesticks"
"The General manager of this establishment is extremely unprofessional and talks to people however she wants and curses at them on the business phone. Bad food, poorly run and extremely unprofessional service. Zero stars would be a much more appropriate rating. Not sure how this place is still open when their GM can't even conduct themselves professionally or as an adult"
"Service and food have been incredible lately! I'll admit it has been a months if not years since I went to a Papa Johns but one day the craving struck me and I decided to give it a shot. I requested extra sauce on the pizza I built in the app fully expecting it to be ignored like it usually is at other places. But lo and behold, when I picked up my pizza it was perfectly laden with extra sauce. The bake was perfect. And toppings were good. I was so impressed I called the store back to compliment them on such a good job making the pizza. They're definitely a small and humble crew but very kind!"
"Pizza arrived as if a tornado swept it away inside the box. I was shocked that the food was not only smashed and messed up beyond belief but also burned to a crisp at the bottom. Called asking for some sort of understanding/fix to the issues but the person over the phone just asked for proof and said they would "investigate" been several days since then and absolutely nothing to show for it. Will be choosing other places in the future, I recommend you all do as well."
