"Not only is his office staff (which is now gone) horrible. Couldn't even get scheduling right.. now they hardly return phone calls not to mention Dr. Belizaire refuses to fill out short term disability paperwork through my work that's completely filled out and all he has to do is sign. States he doesn't fill out paperwork for new clients.. when I have been a patient for months...PSA people do urself a favor and go somewhere else...shame people like this kick you when your down!! Shame on you Dr. Belizaire!!!"
